KG GESIR TENGAH, 13 Oktober 2023 - Telah berlangsung pada sebelah petang, sesi Motivasi Semangat Mendaki bersama para pelatih Akademi Kemahiran Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (AKYBK).

Sesi yang bermula pada jam 3 petang selama dua jam telah dikendalikan oleh Encik Zulhairy Jalaluddin selaku Ketua Jurulatih merangkap ALPA YBK, dan dibantu oleh Encik Audi Faliq Ibrahim. Seluruh pelatih AKYBK seramai 10 orang telah mengikuti sesi ini.

Para pelatih telah mempelajari konsep Semangat Mendaki YBK yang menyentuh berkenaan kepercayaan diri, wayang minda, sikap dalam bekerja dan bersama rakan-rakan, membina 'rapport' dan mengurus emosi diri. Juga corak Neuro-Linguistic Programming 'State Management' dan 'NLP Presuppositions' turut diperkenalkan kepada para pelatih.

Sesi motivasi bersama pelatih AKYBK dirancang untuk dilaksanakan secara bulanan bagi membina semangat pelatih secara berterusan berdasarkan konsep Semangat Mendaki YBK.

SEMANGAT MENDAKI MOTIVATION SESSION WITH AKYBK STUDENTS

KG GESIR TENGAH, October 13, 2023 - Semangat Mendaki Motivation session with the trainers of the Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan Proficiency Academy (AKYBK) was held after Jumaat prayer at AKYBK's Hall.

The session which started at 3 pm for 2 hours was managed by Mr. Zulhairy Jalaluddin as Head Coach and assisted by Mr. Audi Faliq Ibrahim. All 10 AKYBK students have participated in this session.

The students have learned the concept of YBK's Semangat Mendaki which touches on self-confidence, mind puppets, attitudes in working and with friends, building 'rapport' and managing self-emotions. Also Neuro-Linguistic Programming patterns 'State Management' and 'NLP Presuppositions' were also introduced to the trainers.

Motivational sessions with AKYBK students are designed to be held on a monthly basis to build the spirit of trainers continuously based on the concept of YBK Climbing Spirit.
