KELANA JAYA, 4 Julai 2025 - Telah berlangsung siri pertama sesi Motivasi NLP untuk karyawan Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK). Sesi diadakan di Ibu Pejabat YBK.

Objektif siri Motivasi NLP ini adalah untuk meraikan perkongsian ilmu, menggalakkan interaksi dan pemahaman, khususnya berkenaan Kecerdasan Emosi (EQ) dan konsep NLP itu sendiri. Sesi dikendalikan oleh Encik Zulhairy Jalaluddin, ALPA YBK merangkap Ketua Jurulatih Bertauliah NLP YBK.

Sesi sulung yang dihadiri oleh Pengurus Besar, Ketua-Ketua Jabatan serta karyawan Ibu Pejabat YBK turut disertai oleh YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, Pengerusi YBK. Beliau memuji pelaksanaan siri Motivasi NLP yang dirancang, dan sangat berharap agar karyawan YBK di setiap peringkat mengikuti sesi yang dilaksanakan, seterusnya membudayakan ilmu yang dipelajari.

Siri Motivasi NLP untuk karyawan YBK ini dilaksanakan pada minggu pertama setiap bulan, dan di setiap outlet YBK pada minggu-minggu yang lain. Buku 'Kecerdasan Emosi 2025 (Neuro-Linguistik)' menjadi rujukan utama di samping rujukan-rujukan lain yang berkaitan.

FIRST SESSION OF NLP MOTIVATION FOR YBK STAFF SERIES 1/2025

KELANA JAYA, 4 July 2025 – The first session of the NLP Motivation Series for the staff of Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) has officially taken place. The session was held at YBK Headquarters.

The objective of this NLP Motivation Series is to celebrate knowledge-sharing, encourage interaction and understanding—particularly in relation to Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the concept of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) itself. The session was facilitated by Mr. Zulhairy Jalaluddin, ALPA YBK and Certified NLP Master Trainer for YBK.

This inaugural session was attended by the General Manager, Heads of Departments, and staff from YBK Headquarters, and was also graced by YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, Chairman of YBK. He commended the implementation of this planned NLP Motivation Series and strongly hopes that YBK staff at all levels will participate in future sessions and integrate the knowledge learned into their work culture.

The NLP Motivation Series for YBK staff is scheduled for the first week of every month at YBK Headquarters, followed by sessions at other YBK outlets in the subsequent weeks. The book “Emotional Intelligence 2025 (Neuro-Linguistic)” is used as the main reference, along with other relevant materials.
