KUALA LUMPUR, 6 Disember 2025 - Bulan terakhir 2025 telah dimeriahkan dengan Program Jelajah Sejuta Harapan Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) serentak dengan Program Mobile School yang berlangsung di Perumahan Awam Desa Rejang.

Seawal jam 9 pagi, anak-anak yang telah mendaftar untuk program Mobile School telah hadir di Pejabat Persatuan Penduduk bersama ibu bapa. YBK telah membuka kaunter maklumat program pendidikan di perkarangan luar pejabat bersama-sama pihak TERAS Teraju Ekonomi Asnaf Sdn Bhd yang telah membuka gerai Jualan Murah 'Back To School'.

Taklimat berkenaan YBK dan Mobile School telah disampaikan oleh Encik Muhammad Sherhan Nizam Abdul Aziz (Pengurus Besar YBK), diikuti dengan ucapan YBhg. Datin Dr. Hajah Hartini Osman (Pengerusi Yayasan Bina Kesejahteraan (YBCare) merangkap Pengasas Mobile School). Ini disusuli dengan ucapan daripada Dr. Zahid Zamri mewakili kumpuan Usrah In Action Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (IIUM). Turut bersama, wakil daripada Persatuan Penduduk Desa Rejang.

Pengerusi YBK, YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom kemudiannya telah menyampaikan ucapan perasmian dan turut memberikan motivasi kepada peserta dan ibu bapa, dan sesi perasmian disempurnakan dengan tayangan klip video gimik pelancaran Mobile School dan penyampaian cenderamata kepada wakil penganjur.

Sebelum sesi Modul 1 bermula, para peserta telah berpeluang mendengar perkongsian berkenaan Amalan Bermain Permainan Video (Mobile Game) Secara Sihat oleh Dr. Zatul Iffah Abu Hasan, Pengasas Esports Medical Academic (Esports MedicA).

Modul 1 Mobile School (Taklimat & Suai Kenal) telah dikendalikan oleh Encik Muhammad Sherhan Nizam Abdul Aziz, manakala Modul 2 (Diriku Sangat Berharga) telah dikendalikan oleh Encik Audi Faliq Ibrahim. Perjalanan kedua-dua modul turut dibantu oleh barisan pelajar Usrah In Action IIUM yang bertindak selaku fasilitator.

Sesi telah mendapat sambutan yang amat positif daripada peserta dan ibu bapa. Sesi Mobile School yang seterusnya (Modul 3 dan 4) akan dilaksanakan pada 24 Januari 2026.

MOBILE SCHOOL PROGRAM AND YBK “SEJUTA HARAPAN” TOUR IN DESA REJANG

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 December 2025 – The final month of 2025 was enlivened by the Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) “Jelajah Sejuta Harapan” Tour, held concurrently with the Mobile School Program at Perumahan Awam Desa Rejang.

As early as 9 a.m., children registered for the Mobile School Program arrived at the Residents’ Association Office together with their parents. YBK set up an educational information counter outside the office, alongside TERAS Teraju Ekonomi Asnaf Sdn Bhd, which operated a “Back To School” discount sale booth.

A briefing on YBK and the Mobile School was presented by Mr. Muhammad Sherhan Nizam Abdul Aziz (General Manager of YBK), followed by remarks from YBhg. Datin Dr. Hajah Hartini Osman (Chairperson of Yayasan Bina Kesejahteraan – YBCare and Founder of the Mobile School). This was followed by an address from Dr. Zahid Zamri, representing the Usrah In Action group from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Representatives from the Desa Rejang Residents’ Association were also present.

Next, YBK Chairman YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom delivered the officiating speech, offering motivation to participants and parents. The launch ceremony was completed with the screening of the Mobile School teaser video and the presentation of souvenirs to the organizing representatives.

Before Module 1 began, participants attended a sharing session titled “Healthy Mobile Gaming Practices” by Dr. Zatul Iffah Abu Hasan, Founder of Esports Medical Academic (Esports MedicA).

Mobile School Module 1 (Briefing & Ice-Breaking) was facilitated by Mr. Muhammad Sherhan Nizam Abdul Aziz, while Module 2 (I Am Valuable) was conducted by Mr. Audi Faliq Ibrahim. Both modules were supported by IIUM’s Usrah In Action students who served as facilitators.

The session received highly positive feedback from participants and parents. The next Mobile School session (Modules 3 and 4) will take place on 24 January 2026.
