SERENDAH, 4 September 2025 – Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) telah menganjurkan Majlis Sambutan Maulidur Rasul “YBK Berselawat 1447H” di Asrama Kasih YBK Serendah. Program ini diadakan sebagai tanda kasih umat Islam dalam memperingati kelahiran Junjungan Besar Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Majlis dizahirkan dengan alunan selawat, qasidah dan tausiah yang dipimpin oleh Syeikh Mahmoud Al Wosabi, sementara lantunan qasidah pula diiringi oleh Kumpulan Qasidah Ahbabul Habib. Suasana penuh penghayatan ini mengangkat semangat para hadirin dalam menzahirkan cinta kepada Rasulullah SAW.

Pengerusi YBK, YBhg. Dato’ Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, hadir memberikan ucapan aluan dan tazkirah ringkas berhubung keperibadian Rasulullah SAW sebagai teladan terbaik umat. Turut bersama memeriahkan majlis ialah Ahli Lembaga Pemegang Amanah (ALPA) YBK – Encik Zulhairy Jalaluddin, Encik Zainal Mohd Jais, dan Dr. Abdul Fatah Hj Khalid.

Majlis turut diserikan dengan kehadiran YB Senator Datuk Rosni binti Sohar, Ahli Dewan Negara dan YBhg. Datin Dr. Hajah Hartini Osman, Pengerusi Yayasan Bina Kesejahteraan. Hadirin yang terdiri daripada pelajar Asrama Kasih YBK, anak-anak pusat tahfiz, penduduk setempat, rakan-rakan NGO, sukarelawan, alumni YBK serta karyawan telah memenuhi ruang dewan dan khemah yang disediakan.

Alunan selawat, qasidah, doa dan tausiah terus bergema hingga ke penghujung majlis, membangkitkan suasana penuh syahdu dan kecintaan kepada Rasulullah SAW.

SELAWAT AND QASIDAH ECHOED AT THE MAULIDUR RASUL CELEBRATION “YBK BERSELAWAT 1447H”

SERENDAH, 4 September 2025 – Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) organized the Maulidur Rasul Celebration “YBK Berselawat 1447H” at Asrama Kasih YBK Serendah. The program was held as an expression of love by Muslims in commemorating the birth of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW.

The event featured heartfelt recitations of selawat, qasidah, and tausiah, led by Sheikh Mahmoud Al Wosabi, with the qasidah beautifully performed by Kumpulan Qasidah Ahbabul Habib. The spiritually uplifting atmosphere inspired the audience to express their deep affection for the Prophet SAW.

YBK Chairman, YBhg. Dato’ Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, delivered a welcoming speech and a brief tazkirah on the noble character of the Prophet SAW as the ultimate role model for mankind. Also gracing the event were YBK Board of Trustees (ALPA) members – Mr. Zulhairy Jalaluddin, Mr. Zainal Mohd Jais, and Dr. Abdul Fatah Hj Khalid.

The celebration was further enlivened by the presence of YB Senator Datuk Rosni binti Sohar, Member of the Senate, and YBhg. Datin Dr. Hajah Hartini Osman, Chairperson of Yayasan Bina Kesejahteraan (YBCare).

The event drew a large and diverse crowd, including students of Asrama Kasih YBK, children from local tahfiz centers, local residents, NGO partners, volunteers, YBK alumni, and staff members – all filling the hall and tents provided.

The echoes of selawat, qasidah, prayers, and religious reflections continued until the end of the event, enveloping the gathering in a heartfelt spirit of devotion and love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
